Yes and no. Only those highly spiritually evolved can see with such visions. Many high level psychics can see with closed eyes in a farken room. As well, see their existence. Lesser psychics are not this evolved. In order to reach this level, one has to grow spiritually, then one's psychic nature will evolve to the right level.
Many may find this hard, for cultivating spiritual ebing and pureness is a life time practice. Mainly if one is not will to free themselves of their ego, and ego needs. This also requires to cultivate right level of mind, which is free of delusional state. Which is even harder for many, for many are attached to beliefs. But if one wants to true be a true psychic and evolve, one has to practice cultivating growing spiritual, growing pure, and evolving the mind in order to reach this level. High level psychics are born at this level, doesn't make them holy. They too have to cultivate spiritual pureness to evolve even greater.
