No. What on is truly feeling are chakras, aura beams. Spirits would feel more of a breeze or physical touch. But this is not always the case, even chakras can give feelings of touch.
Keep in mind, the body is covered with different sizes of countless chakras or energy gates. When they squeeze, they can feel like touching or rubbing of a palm feeling. The spinning energies can feel like webs. or bugs crawling in hair and on flesh. Keep meditating on them, be aware, this will give light. Meaning give real knowledge.
