One does not know, unless one knows intuitionly and experienced God. Some do not believe in a God, but yet can't explain what created everything? Then those who believe in a God, are clues about the true nature of their God. Therefore create false knowledge about their God. Those who Know of their God, only know what is meant to be know, not the full truth. Some believe in more than one God, but these gods are in human or beasty form. A true God is formless. A true God is sexless.
How does one know there is a real God? Only by experience. Advance seekers will only tell to seek the truth by experiences. By prayer, meditation, and traveling outside of body. Seekers will not teach nothing that is of belief.
