Is Astral Traveling Real?

Again, only experience can give truth. But how does one know if that experience is real?

One may read books on such, and hear of people's tails of such being real, but this means nothing. Such can be false knowledge, deception. Only by personal experience can one truly know.

Astral Traveling is more of a New Age term, in tribal culture it may be called Spirit Journey or Flight. To those who are more of science beliefs, this would be called Out-Of-Body Exploring.

There are many books written of such, and practice. Many are full of beliefs, little give any real knowledge. The best books are that not of New Age, for these explorers are seeking the real. And these books can have rich knowledge. One can also find such teachings and practice in Taoism and Shamanism. Read Some Story's of such in Bon Buddhism book of the dead. But books only give book knowledge, not wisdom. And one needs to meditate on what one reads and learns from books in order to cultivate right understanding, and for any truth or real? One may discover some false knowledge, not just real. Experience will give real, but the experience may also be false. The experience it self also has to be meditated on for truth. If truth, the experience must be meditated on for false.
